'Progress made and next steps' - A Forum on Pay and Employment Equity.
Speakers include the Secretary of Labour, Christopher Blake, the Director of the Pay and Employment Unit, Philippa Hall, and Helen Kelly the President of the New Zealand Council of Trade Unions.

The forum will include:
- an overview of progress made on the Pay and Employment Equity Plan of Action, what review committees have found, reflections on the process and next steps
- a panel discussion with three organisations talking about their review experiences, the impacts and benefits for organisations and progress being made on the implementation their findings
- demonstrations and discussions on using the pay and employment equity tools, the review process and resources: human resources information analysis tools and equitable job evaluation tools
- an opportunity to meet people from your sector: Public Service, local government, Crown Entities, the private and voluntary sectors and unions.
